1:1 Women’s Health Coaching
In 1:1 coaching sessions I integrate the basics of hormonal health and body literacy with psychology, trauma work. and supportive coaching to help female clients reduce symptoms, balance hormones get in touch with their intuition, and find their feminine power. Fundamental to my work with women is the concept of feminine psychology—the fact that women have different psychological and energetic needs and processes than men do.
Why is this? Women are cycling beings! Our bodies run on a feminine, cyclical rhythm in a culture that is very linear, left-brained, and almost completely oriented to the function of male bodies. Needless to say, this can cause women some problems as our greatest health and vitality can be found when we live in tune to the rhythms of our cycles and honor our shifting hormones and shifting needs each month.
My Women’s Health Coaching sessions are designed to address the specific needs of women, especially the ones that so often go unmet.
As a practitioner with a background in psychology + psychotherapy as well as women’s health, I work with you to identify hormonal health symptoms as well as what needs support psychologically.
In 1:1 coaching our work will be completely tailored to your specific women’s health needs—physiological/hormonal, psychological, and even spiritual.
Together we will assess and seek to understand your symptoms, go over your health and wellness goals, make a treatment plan and decide how often to meet, explore any blocks or stressors holding you back and start the journey of creating more vitality and balance in your life.
1:1 Coaching Includes (but is not limited to):
Learning about the phases of the menstrual cycle and how hormonal shifts impact both your mind and body
Learning about feminine energy, energetic cycles, and how to use your cycle for creativity and healing
Nutritional and lifestyle support, including what supplements to take
Info and sessions on stress reduction and the role of trauma and stress on female hormones
Motivational and mental health support
Shadow work, depth psychology, and deconstructing blocking beliefs
Tools for setting boundaries, reducing burnout, and living more fully in touch with your cycle
Additional support and modalities based upon client need.
Packages + Pricing
Single Session:
Single coaching sessions are great to target and get deeper insight on one or two symptoms or issues. A single session can also be a great way to get an overview of your menstrual + mental health and create a plan of action around identified areas needing support. I would love to support you!

Post-session appointment summary and individualized plan based on your symptoms, desires, and needs
Exchange- $200
Three Session Package:
This package is for clients who want to go a little deeper in understanding living with the rhythm of the menstrual cycle and feminine energy as well as more in-depth and targeted look into hormonal and psychological symptoms.
What’s included:
In-depth intake review prior to session
Post-session summary and individualized plan based on symptoms, desires, and needs after each session
Once per week email support in between sessions
Guide to optional hormone testing and results review
Exchange- $555
8 Session Package:
This package is for clients who want to do a deep dive into the intersection of their hormonal health and their psychology. We will look at your relationship to stress, examine underlying beliefs, working on setting boundaries and address hormonal symptoms, all through using the rhythm of your menstrual cycle over several months!

Post-session summary and individualized plan based on symptoms, desires, and needs after each session
Once per week email support in between sessions
